The same chain, different pressure by organisation
Organisations differ in the pressure of the day, not in their need for a clear chain: advertisement, follow-up, appointment, waiting, examination, invoice. The difference is in permissions, the number of specialties and the branches.
There is no separate product edition for each specialty. Configuration and permissions are what change the shape.
Individual clinics
The clinic day is one path: a marketing lead becomes an appointment, a consultation fee, an order, an invoice, then the sessions that follow.
Medical complexes
A complex stalls when each specialty keeps its own book behind one shared door.
Polyclinics
A polyclinic day is dense. Reception must not become the only bottleneck.
Specialised centres
A specialised centre needs a longer path, not a second product edition.
Multi-branch organisations
Several branches need one policy, and a permission that stops at the door of each branch. Head office sees the movement. It does not open the examination.
