Who may see what

Who can see what

Security in a medical organisation begins with a simple question: does the reception officer see what the clinician sees? If the answer is yes because a button was merely hidden, that is not security. In Elite Care permission is tied to the role and the branch, and a record shows who performed a sensitive action.

01

Role and branch

The user receives what the work requires. Another branch does not open because the user “has an account”. Management can widen or narrow access without redesigning the screen for each person by hand.

02

Separating the data

Commercial communication, clinical information and financial data sit in layers. CRM does not read the examination. An administrative report does not require the detail of the visit. This is not a privacy slogan; it is an arrangement of work.

03

Sessions and activity records

Session controls and activity records exist for internal review. We do not describe encryption layouts, data-centre names or ISO certificates here unless they are implemented and documented for this product under this name.
