Jobs off the payroll
Replies, reminders and the daily summary no longer need a dedicated salary.
Artificial intelligence here is hired to sell and to take jobs off the desk. Linked to the communications module, it answers the customer on the channel they already used, and the enquiry continues into a booking and a collected invoice. The clinician stays the clinician. The extra salary on the chat does not.
A summary of today’s movement — not a diagnosis, not a clinical decision.
Replies, reminders and the daily summary no longer need a dedicated salary.
The assistant serves the customer on WhatsApp, the telephone and the form, on one follow-up record.
The same conversation becomes a booking, a visit and an invoice.
The patient writes on WhatsApp, calls, or sends a form. That arrival is one follow-up record in the communications module, the omnichannel layer. The assistant answers on that same channel: it confirms the request, offers the slot, and keeps the conversation open after the shift ends. Nobody copies the number into a notebook. The booking is the next step of the message, not a new desk.
A booking that exists becomes waiting, a visit, and an invoice from the service that was delivered. The assistant does not invent a price. It stops the enquiry from dying before finance ever sees it. Income here is a visit that was paid because someone answered. The channel that used to stop at the message starts to collect.
Replies, reminders and the daily summary are posts that used to be filled by people. The assistant takes them. The employer keeps the clinician, reception and finance. What leaves is the extra person who sat on the chat, the person who sent reminders from a personal phone, and the person who wrote the day’s summary by hand.
It does not diagnose and does not replace the clinician. What is experimental stays marked experimental. Selling on the channel is operational work. It is not a medical decision.
