This page covers forms on elites.care: demonstration requests and contact messages. It is not the privacy policy of the medical system inside the clinic, and it does not cover patient files in the operating application.

Why we collect it
To reply to a demonstration request or an enquiry, and to assign follow-up to the sales or administration team according to permission. We do not use this data to train public models, and we do not sell it.
Where it is stored
In the marketing website database only, separate from the medical application database. Access is through the administration panel for authorised users. The retention period is tied to the operational need to follow up your request.
