“Two weeks” gets said a lot at the end of a visit, while the doctor is already turning to the next person. The sentence lands with reception, or with whoever is on the WhatsApp. They type “review 12 May” in the thread and answer someone else. On 12 May that line is twenty messages down. The patient arrives, or calls annoyed, and the book is empty at the time they thought was theirs.

A review is an appointment, not a message

If the review is part of the plan, it is an appointment with a state: time, doctor, branch. The message reminds them of the appointment. It is not the appointment. The difference is small in speech and large on the morning they arrive and the chair belongs to someone else.

Elite Care keeps follow-up in its own place until there is a booking. After that, the booking is the reference. The reminder comes from the appointment, so if the time moves, the message moves. Nobody should have to scroll a Tuesday chat to remember what was promised.

If the patient does not answer the reminder, that shows on the follow-up list. It does not show up as silence on a phone that might be on leave on Thursday.
