The message is plain: “I waited an hour and a half and nobody apologised.” It was sent at 9. Reception finished at 4. The phone is either at home with the employee or locked on the desk. In the morning, when the screen opens, the message is not the first thing. The day’s appointments are. The complaint waits until the person calls again, louder.
A complaint is a request, and it has a state
It does not have to become a case. It does need an owner and a state: received, answered, or needs the manager. The owner is the person on duty, not “the group”. If it is not closed before the shift ends, it shows on the next morning’s list before the book starts, not after the book is already crowded.
Elite Care keeps these requests in follow-up, away from the medical file. The apology and the replacement appointment happen there. The person who replies does not open yesterday’s diagnosis to understand the anger. They open the request: a long wait, a 4:30 appointment, in the room at 6.
The manager sees how many complaints are still open, not a cropped chat. A crop drops a sentence. An open count does not.
