Demos start to look alike around minute ten: an appointment, a file, an invoice, a report. The difference shows when you ask about your Thursday, not about the vendor’s Thursday. Take three movements from last week and ask to see where they go in the system. If the answer is “we can customise that”, ask how many weeks, who signs off the change, and whether the change breaks the next update.

Questions that beat a comparison grid

Who marks the patient arrived, and is the login personal? Does the invoice come from the service or from a separate screen? Does the reminder come from the system or from a phone? Does the item used in the service leave the balance the same day? Does the second branch see the whole file or the appointment? Does a cancellation before closing raise a credit note, or a silent edit?

Elite Care is built on that chain: follow-up, appointment, waiting, visit, invoice, and stock that follows the service. Access changes from one link to the next. If a competing demo will not walk through one of your real cases in front of you, the coloured grid does not make up for it.

If the contract does not say where your data sits and who can export it, the extra feature on the last page will not matter on the day you need to leave.
