An item runs out because someone used it in a service and stock was never told. The month-end count discovers the gap after the next visit has already been delayed. Elite Care ties item movement to the day: what left with the service, what must be purchased, and what remains visible to whoever is allowed to see stock.

Shelves of supplies, standing in for stock that moves with the service rather than a late count
An item that left with a service should leave the balance the same day.

What we do not mix

Stock is not the invoice, and the invoice is not the medical file. They are a chain: the service is recorded, the item is affected, and collection comes from the service rather than a later guess. Whoever sees quantities does not need the text of the diagnosis.
