A question that returns every morning does not need a clinician. An appointment reminder does not need someone to reopen the chat. An enquiry that arrives after the shift is lost if it stays on one person’s phone. That is where the assistant in Elite Care sits: it replies on the channel the patient already used, and it holds the request until a person with access completes it.

An appointment reminder on the communication channel, before any medical file is opened
The reply and the reminder stay on follow-up, not inside the clinical note.

What the assistant does

  • It answers a question whose wording repeats: hours, address, and what attendance requires.
  • It sends the reminder from the plan, not from a message copied every evening.
  • It keeps the enquiry on one follow-up record if it arrived by WhatsApp, telephone or a form.
  • It hands the request to communications when a decision is needed, not when the shift has already ended.

What it does not do

It does not write the examination, suggest a diagnosis, or open the clinical note for whoever answers the phone. The channel that collected the number is not the medical file. That is the same boundary as from the campaign to the appointment: the phone number stays in follow-up until the booking is complete.

The assistant removes repeated work from the communications team. We do not invent a savings rate, and we do not claim it replaces a person in every case.
